Can you play games on a netbook android

i am waiting on delivery of a netbook android touch screen for my son ut of jc hughes...can you play and download games from it and use facebook?

yes. There are many games, and apps available.

If it has a touch screen, then it should do anything a Android phone can do except make calls. Not telephone apps should work fine.
