Can you unlock voltage on zotac gtx 770?

Just bought one and read on a review that it's voltage is locked, by a chip on the card. Does anyone know if I can unlock it so I can do some overclocking?

Did you install Firestorm software? I can adjust everything including voltage with it

I just downloaded it and the voltage is stuck at 1.212

You know what? I think the only Zotac cards that enable you to change voltage is the AMP! cards but that is just speculation.
