Cancel Lenovo Windows system reset

I just bought a used laptop and I did a Windows complete reset, the laptop is stuck at 10% for over an hour already, I have 256gb SSD and 2tb hard drive.

Is there any way to cancel it?
Or what steps should I take?

Well.....I don't think you will hurt anything by just powering off.

...but THEN....I would restart....reset the BIOS to the defaults.....reinstall Windows....but repartition and reformat the drive first.
