Question Cannot access Toshiba Places

I have a Toshiba 40VL20E smart TV. I successfully connected it to my wireless system. When I try to go to Toshiba Places it says A connection cannot be established. I have tried several times.

If you can get to other services on that TV, contact Toshiba support to see why it won't connect to their service.

It won't connect to any Toshiba places. When I press the Toshiba places button, it gives me that connection message.
