cannot boot from CD

I have installed windows 7 ultimate after failing win 7 pro.and receive error message.
no bootable device,
I tried to boot it from CD to reinstall but I cant get to it.
any help..

If you recieve that error it might indicate either bad installation or corrupted hard disk.
If your PC is not booting from CD you can change that from BIOS boot order. Make sure your HDD is working properly
