Cannot Boot from USB To downgrade from Windows 8.1 to 7.

Hello.

I have an Acer Aspire e5-511-P2D6 with Windows 8.1 64 bit.

I traded a Toshiba laptop for the Acer Laptop. However, I do not know the BIOS password.
I cannot access UEFI Settings to boot from usb. I have Win 7 on my usb, and I have used it on other machines. I have asked the person whom with I traded laptops for the BIOS password, but he is 91 years old, and is unfamiliar with computers and the like He owns a small business in town. I do not have warranty for this laptop and I am frustrated. You cannot reset BIOS by removing CMOS battery, jumping pins, using ms dos or software. I hate windows 8.1 and I am frustrated.

Any suggestions?

We can't help you bypass the BIOS password, you have to work with whoever you got it from or return it since it's not usable to you.
