Cannot connect to guest network.

Basically, I rent my house and my landlord has the router in the main house. I'm suppose to use the guest network. Everytime I connect to the wifi I'm supposed to enter a password. I purchased the samsung q6 series and am unable to connect it to the wifi. It never prompts me to enter the password. Everytime I try to connect it states "connected to your local network, but unable to connect to the internet". Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Has the landlord got the guest wifi enabled? Mine is off by default.
