Question Cannot connect to Netflix App on my smart TV

I can connect to Netflix on my computer but can't on my Samsung TV, with a message stating "there is no internet connectivity, please try again" - yet I can connect to Vudu.

And I've contact Netflix tech support, my internet service provide and the Samsung TV support and none of them could figure out what the problem is and how to fix it.

Any clue?


Sounds like you went to all the right places to try to fix this. Some TVs stop updates which cause some apps to break. You can use an external device for Netflix like a ROKU or Amazon Firestick or something similar.

Did Samsung support have you try anything like re-loading the Netflix app or a firmware update?
