Cannot lunch photoshop cs 4 after the installation

Ive installed photo-shop cs's and the installation were successful when launch the apps it ask me for licence agreement after clicking accept nothing happens E not even error splash screen's

Have you tried contacting Adobe support?, considering the expense of the suite I would have thought that would be the first port of call.
