cannot open my file folder

I cannot open 'my file' in my Samsung j2.. it shows an error msg every time i try to open it.

Have you tried rebooting the phone? Sometimes that is all it needs.

Should that not work. Try going into "Settings" then "Apps" and finally "All". Then locate the app in the list. Tap it and tap the "Clear Cache" button. After doing so, reboot.
