Can't accept my bios

i can't accept my bios setup (F2) & also Boot option (F12) ,So i didn't change my Operating system , please help us to solve this Problem.

Have you tried to reset your CMOS? If not, try it.

What in the heck does that mean? Are you trying to get into your bios? Usually the delete key.
