my laptop is dell 3542 with intel r graphics family and geforce gt 820m my games all are running fine but my display adapter is intel i tried disabling in device manager and tried to find a option in bios but no luck

You musn't disable the Intel GPU because then Windows won't start, it uses the Intel GPU for the Windows shell since that doesn't require high-performance Geforce graphics. Intel GPU is used wherever Geforce one isn't required in order to preserve battery usage.

To make any installed games use the Geforce card, configure them in the 3D section of Nvidia Control Panel (which is in Windows Control Panel)

Or right-click the game's shortcut and select "Run with graphics processor........",

Or the context-menu may contain an 'Nvidia' sub-menu if your Nvidia driver is later version than mine.
