Cant charge 100%

I have a dell i5 7599
Before it charged to 100% but nw the maximum i can go is to 99% and it gets stuck cant charge to 100% nw

Wouldn't worry, the battery % is never accurate. Could just be a software update that's adjusted the measurements.
