Solved! Can't download security apps. Can't update the phone and getting apps on my phone I don't want. This virus damaged my computer

Can't download any security apps. I'm blocked from downloading from websites that download antivirus and malware. Have tried factory default reset. The problem continues. Also I'm directed to sign in to google all the time. Does anyone know what to do? Some things are automatically blocked out in settings such as the button to encrypt phone. I have 3 devices now that is infected. Please help...

Start by disconnecting any known infected devices from the internet.
Next go to a known to be clean system, and be absolutely sure about this, and change your passwords. All of them.
After thats said and done, download your various cleanup tools of choice (malwarebytes etc) onto a flashdrive and install them that way into infected systems.
