Can't figure how to properly connect speakers to Samsung Smart TV

So I've got a Samsung 40KU6092 and a Logitech Z506 Surround audio system. The speakers are working perfectly and the TV is outputting sound through its speakers, but it won't output when I switch to external.

Thing is, this particular TV doesn't have a "standard" 3.5mm jack 99% of modern devices have.

If I connect them using the black and yellow 3.5mm and switch the source to external on the TV, I get no sound, as I believe it is outputting through the optical port. Not sure I'm right though.

I know I could just get a Bluetooth audio receiver or a digital - analog sound converter, but I'd like to avoid any additional expenses if possible.

So, how should I connect the speakers to the TV?

I've attached photos of the TV and audio system's ports.

Solution
They are component in and aux in. You can connect a device that has component out, like a DVD player. You can't use them as they don't output audio signal.

You're right, The RCA are input and the available option is through optical.
You can add a digital to analog converter like https://www.amazon.co.uk/Eazy2hD-Digital-Decoder-Converter-Convert-Black/dp/B01DA2CBDI or
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Tendak-Digital-Decoder-Converter-Optical/dp/B076J8H1BP/ref=sr_1_16?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1514555339&sr=1-16&keywords=Digital+Audio+Decoder+to+Analog+5.1+Converter
or different, with 5.1 analog output.

Then what are those two jacks for? No way I could use them somehow instead of buying additional hardware?
