Cant find delete on my samsung 8 voicemail

Retrieve deleted voucemail told to go to ohone app touch voicemail scroll down to message dont have that option on my samsung 8

Voicemail is not stored on the device. They are stored on the carrier's/service provider's system. You need to contact your carrier/service provider to see if undeleting them is possible.
