cant get into laptop,

Upon start-up it goes straight to log on to windows and wont let me do anything but restart or shutdown

This forum cannot provide assistance for hacking or cracking, especially since we have no way to tell if the laptop is actually yours. I'm not saying it isn't, but it is why we cannot help. If you take it along with proof of purchase to a competent technician, he or she should be able to assist you.
