cant get past user sign n tryd repair ask for admin. passwor dont have one says to contact co. dont have disk or flash drive ?

i cant get past user sign n went to safe mode didnt bring up anything differatnt tryd command promt didnt work never came up i dont have xtra computer no flash drive or disk there is no password enabled n setup but cant sign in cant remember user password there is no admin. password but when in repair it asks for one
