Solved! Can't get rid of a virus

So yesterday my pc suddenly shut down while playing and when I start it up I see 2 popups called 111. I look in msconfig and I find a program called shrggfvv, I try to disable it but when I click apply its enabled again. https/imgur.com/Yh9fACI that is what shows up when I try to delete it. I need some help getting rid of this thing

If you do an on-line virus scan, especially in safe mode, can you get rid of it?

Start up in safe mode and download free bit defender. Scan. Enjoy.

Backup your data ,reinstall windows and you're done.

You could find entries in regedit and delete. Might work on a reboot.
