cant install apps or radio

I bought a new asus laptop with windows 10 and it wont download any apps anymore. it says working and stops. and I cant listen to radios out of my country on tunein radio. please help in one of these problems.thx

What error messages do you get?

How are you connecting to the internet?

Do you have system admin rights to the Asus laptop?
