At which stage does the installation fail? Where did you get he medium you're using? We need to know where the system download came from and the device you're using - disk or USB stick.

Windows 7 Ultimate is an expensive item but there are many places where they sell it for a lot less than Microsoft charge. That's because they're fakes which probably won't work.

Did you download this windows ultimate version from MS windows? using your serial number you should be able to go here and get a fresh copy that will work with your windows license you have. Download Windows 7 Disc Images (ISO Files)
