Can't Install Windows on Laptop

Hi guys.
So i got this laptop and whenever i try to install any windows it will get to either windows logo or into installation but then it will crash and it will do same thing over and over.
Anyone has any ideas?

Hi guys.
So i have ACER aspire 8735 laptop and im having an issue.
When i turn on the laptop it goes to windows logo screen and it just resets.
HDD inside laptop is fine as i took it out and tested it in another one and it worked fine.
When i try to install windows while my laptop its charging i cant even attempt it and i cant get to the safe mode without crashing while with only battery i can get to save mode, run the installation and install it. But when it restarts the laptop i get into same endless boot loop.

Things i tried: Removing HDD and replacing it with SSD
Changing RAM
Removing CMOS Battery
Replacing CMOS Battery
Safe Mode

If anyone has any idea please help

I have an old windows 7 disk laying and i got windows 10 from the microsoft site. I tried installing it via USB and DVD.
Laptop is Acer Aspire 8735g
Specs:
Intel Pentium Dual Core T4300
2x2 GB DDR3
500 GB HDD

My guess is as good as yours. Like in safe mode sometimes i can run whole instalation just fine but when it has to perform normally then its just like <<Edited by moderator>> you and resets

Any chance of changing the hd for a newer one?
SSD's are cheap and would benefit you.

I have spare SSD that i tried with installed windows on it. No luck
I formated that SSD and tried installing windows on that laptop with it on it. No luck

Do you have a pc you can connect the ssd to,install win 10, put it in laptop then reset the win 10 install to default, which will remove drivers and reinstall laptop ones

I installed windows 10 on the ssd on another laptop, when i placed it in it didnt want to even boot or anything i was getting some error

I installed windows 10 and 7 on HDD and SSD but when i put that HDD or SSD inside the laptop i get error Bootmgr missing.
