cant open malware bytes

im trying to check my pc for malware but it wont open, im on winnows 8.1... my internet is down so i cant use any method that requirs internet, plz help

Secondly, What do you mean by Malwarebytes does not open in your machine?
Does it throw some kind of error or appear blank indefinitely?
