Can't raise VRAM

I have a Dell Inspiron 5558 but I can't seem to find the advanced tab and raise the BIOS for my computer. I tried looking up videos and websites but they were no help. Is there any way I can fix this.

It using an iGPU, don't need to change it, it will use as much as it need.
