Is this a new camera and/or card for you?
Your card is probably ok.
If so, you must format the card.



Is this a camera and SD card you've been using a while?
Your card is probably toast, and needs to be replaced.
If so, you should try data recovery software like photorec on your SD card (with the SD card in a card reader)
