Cant Transfer Media from Internal to External storage

I am using coolpad 3503I. i cannot transfer media from internal to external memory.Every time it shows "Transfer failed".What do i do?

The Internal and Portable can't talk to each other. Try copying from the Internal to your PC and in a separate operation, copy it back to the SdCard. That way you get to back the files up in your PC at the same time.
