Question Can't update security on moto G stylus 5g (2021)

My moto g stylus 5g won't update security software. The phone will glitch I tried factory reset and nothing. Thru t mobile . Going to go in and ask them tomorrow. Had phone for 3 months

Is that the only app/feature that won't update? What specific app/tool are you referring to, by the way?
