Can't watch youtube videos!

I cant watch youtube videos becouse when Click on a video it just keeps buffering. This is on my IPad 4. I have tried re downloding the app but IT doesn't work

Does every other program work OK? Internet access is there? What does not work when you re-download the app, it won't install or it won't work even after you re-installed it? Did you remove it then install it again, or try to?
