Question Cellular data and Bluetooth turning on/off automatically

Hello. I've a Xiaomi Redme 6A, and I've an annoying problem: Every time I want to turn on or off Wi-Fi, or use the smartphone, the Bluetooth is turned on by itself and Cellular Data turning off by itself.
What causing this problem?
MIUI Global 11.0.8 (PCBMIXM) 11.0.8.0
Android 9 PPR1.180610.011

I don't find these options in my Smartphone. I even changed the Smartphone language from Hebrew to English and didn't found these options.
