change gpu in np300e5v so2in amd 8750m

i have amd 8750m in my laptop but this is not enough for me can i upgrade my gpu

You will have to contact Samsung for the upgrade. There may be a better graphics card that Samsung made for that product line. Laptops vary from OEM to OEM and even model to model so you have a very limited amount of upgrades available if any.
