Question Channel scan trouble

I run a channel scan (air) and it shows finding around 50 channels. Then instead of going to the channels as usual it says Please run auto channel scan.
I have run scans three times and the same thing happens every time.
HELP!

HELP!

1. Check and secure your antenna or cable connections.
2. Verify signal strength and quality.
3. Reorient your antenna if needed.
4. Perform a complete channel scan.
5. Consider a factory reset if issues persist.
6. Update firmware or software.
7. Check for nearby interference.
8. Consult the user manual.
9. Contact customer support if problems persist.

I have done all except 5 & 6 on your checklist. Any downside to running a factory reset?

No risk to a factory reset beyond losing any previous saved settings.
