charging battery is fast and draining is fast

I have moto z and recently (it's about 2 days), the phone is charging too fast and is draining fast.
I bought it over a year ago. I must change the battery? 🙁

Sounds like the battery is going bad. They tend to give off weird and often false readings when the are dying. I suggest you get the battery replaced.
