Cheaper the better, I am moving overseas and will be without my pc for 2 months, if it can handle Arma 3, csgo and some similar titles (performance wise) that would be great. I doesnt have to be 750, that is my max though.

The i7-6700HQ is a pretty "heavy CPU". I do not think you find one that is paired with anything less than the GTX 960m. There are i7-6700HQ laptop that relies on the integrated Intel HD graphics core, but game performance will be extremely bad compared to the GTX 960m.

Also, the primary difference between the quad core i5 and i7 CPUs other than a little higher clock speed is Hyper Threading (HT). If the programs you use do not take advantage of HT, then you will not gain much benefits with a quad core i7 other the slightly higher clock speed.

(https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/notebooks/cosmosVI-15/) This is the best laptop you can get for exactly 750$. It has a good GPU and CPU (for 750$ you can get a new generation Intel Core I3 3.00GHz and a Nvidea GTX 940 MX and 4GB RAM, more than enough for those games that you listed.

At your max budget you can buy the Dell Inspiron 15 i7559 for $749 from Walmart which is currently on sale. It has a quad core i7-6700HQ and GTX 960m. This was one of the most highly recommended inexpensive laptop from late 2015 through late 2016. Based on reviews the average daily use battery life (not gaming or doing anything very intensive) is about 7 hours.

If you want to spend less money and are willing to accept lower performance, then consider the following Lenovo Ideapad 700 with a quad core i5-6300HQ and GTX 950m for $625.
