Chinon CS Film Camera

I’ve recently got myself an old Chinon CS film camera, I was wondering if anyone out there could help me with the exposure. I’ve been playing around with the shutter speed and everything the instruction manual says but my camera is always saying it’s underexposed, no matter what I try nothing will change. I haven’t yet got any pictures developed so I don’t know how they’ll turn out but has anyone got any advice?

If your camera says that "it's underexposed", there must be setting for ISO of the film loaded.
