choose between 3 configurations purpose - photoshop

hi Everyone!

i'm about to buy a new laptop for our family, but not sure if I make the right choice :-x.

2 main purposes: (older) GTS games and Photoshop + casual netflix/mail/internet on the couch.

HP 14-R020 14.1" HD | i3-3217u | 4GB | 500GB | GT820M 1GB
I'll change the HDD to a 128GB SSD + EXTRA 4GB RAM. Total cost +/- EUR 600,-

HP 15-P035 15.6" FHD | i5-4210u | 8GB | 1TB+8 SSHD (Seagate ST1000LM014) | GT840M 2GB
cost +/- 660,-

I really prefer 14" above 15" due to the lighter and compact chassis and big storage is not very important. But is the performance of the i3-3217/8gb/gt820M enough for fast Photoshop use?
