Clean install wins 7 on acer 5750

Could you please help with the procedure for a clean install of wins 7 on
an acer 5750 there seems to be conflicting information on this procedure.

What 'conflicting information' are you getting?

Unless there is something really weird with this laptop...
Power off, put the DVD in, restart. "press any key to boot from CD or DVD..."

It really pertained to the bios settings and key combination that people were stating needed to be pressed.
It really is that simple dvd in drive and away you go not forgetting to reinstall all the acer drivers.
