Turn te laptop and remove the screen immediately.
You'll need a very small sized Phillips/Pozi screwdriver, a credit card - preferable not still being used, a needle and a magnet if you have one.
Open the lid and see if there are any small bumps on the sceen bezel. Use the needle to poke into the rubber that acts as a buffer when the lid closes then remove the screw it hides. There may be four of them in all so put them on gteh magnet or somewhere safe. .
Next, choose either of the top corners. Gently come down on the edge with the credit card and apply no more pressure than it takes to start to part. Once it does, gently run the card along the split at the top edge of the lid. Work it all the way round until the bezel comes away. It may sound like you're breaking it but they rarely do.
On the front or the sides of the screen there are usually four screws tying it to the hinge bars. Remove them, throw them at the magnet and pull the screen towards yourself top first. On the back, gently remove the brass connection.
Clean all that cleaner and put it all back together.
