Cleaning and Maintenance Tools

I am currently investigating possible cleaning tools to recommend to people when I clean their computers. My favorite is CCleaner among others I used in the past. It recently came to my attention that there is one comparable to CCleaner known as SlimCleaner.

What kind of tools do people use now-a-days that they know are real good and have a track record?

I find Ccleaner does all I want and that's not even installed, I just run the portable version from a pen drive.
