Coaxial Digital Connection Vs Digital Fiber Optical Connection

Just got a new set of speakers and I was wondering which is better for sound quality Coaxial Digital Connection or Digital Fiber Optical Connection. Thanks

Fiber Optic will not be effected by electromagnetic interference, while coaxial may pick up a tiny bit, but the difference should be neglible.
