Compaq C500 performance after upgrade

Original processor 1.73 GHz Cache 2Mb
Upgrade processor 2.33 GHz Cache 4Mb

Has anybody performed this upgrade or similar and
what kind of increased performance did you obtain?

Notebook Model Presario C500
(GF572UA#ABA)
System Board ID 30C6
Processor Tupe Genuine Intel(R) CPU
T2080
Processor Speed 1.73GHz
BIOS Version F.24
Chipset i943/940GML
533MHz

CPU-Z reports i943/940GML for me as well.

I installed a T7200 about 2 months ago and it's been running perfect ever
since.

T7200 has a clock speed of 2.0GHz with a 667MHz fsb.
My old T2080 was 1.73GHz and had a 533MHz fsb.

My Question ??
Will this work on my system ??

Not sure why you are asking if it will work on your system since you said you installed it 2 months ago.
