complaint against lost of smartphone

i lost my samsung smartphone in tirupati on 1-1-2015 night 1 clock i'm not able to locate my smartphone sir/madam since i have placed a complaint also in tirupati as well as in my city hubli dharwad district karnataka India...
kindly reply this message & show me some way to find my cel phone...
