Component Cables of a TV

I would like to ask if it is possible to connect "Red Yellow White" cable to a TV with "Red Green Blue" ports, will it work?

Some TVs have a shared component video - composite video input. There will be a place in the TV menu to change from one to the other. Check your owners manual too.
