I wonder why some software crash constantly on certain computer. I am so confused if software crash on A computer and B computer (with almost same specification with A computer) running same software that running on A computer runs smoothly and no crash.

What is cause of this on two computer? User activity? Manufacturing defect? Or something else? :??:

Sorry if I go wrong topic, I am not sure which topic that match with this thread :??:

A computer has required drivers to run that software. B computer has not.

Simple as that. I am talking about those usual ones like .Net, Direct X, OpenGL, Runtime Libraries, etc.

Hmm, I've editing the question. If both computer has required driver, A computer crash, B computer works finely (both has same specification). What is the cause other than driver, both are installed

There are several thousand causes of a software not working in 1 computer and working in other.
Usually re installing works well.
And sometimes a software works if it is installed in C and sometimes other than C. Many many causes. Practically infinite.

And... Is different computer configuration affecting software reliability? I heard some games like SimCity 4 doesn't work properly on multi-core processor.

Also, is different motherboard with almost same specs may affecting software reliability? I heard some ASRock motherboard user has instability issue on software while Gigabyte motherboard works finely (fewer crash).

Nothing like that .... That does not make any difference.
GPUs cause trouble sometimes when in Crossfire, other than that it does not make any difference.

What is the software you want to use?

Nothing apps that I can say, but GTA IV quiet problematic on each different computer.

I think you are tired to answering my question, so that's enough. I want to researching this problem myself :)😀
