I have a HP Pavilion 1700 N desktop complete with 15" monitor keyboard and wireless mouse.No Hard drive bought in 2002 good condition how much is it worth?

Assuming the keyboard and mouse are in good condition, they are likely worth more than the 12 year old PC with no hard drive.

$30, only to the right buyer.

You probably have Windows XP on that thing. So trying to sell it as a complete package might be hard considering people mindset is "Omg its XP it doesnt work anymore because Microsoft killed it".

Your best bet might just be getting it recycled. Being from 2002 unless you did upgrades on it, there are probably Tablets or Phones more powerful than it.

It doesn't have a hard drive. So not even XP.

Put a cheap hard drive in it and donate it to charity, be sure to get some kind of receipt then write it off. Otherwise check out the answers above.
