Computer Suddenly Slow while playing a game

First of all sorry for any misspeled words, not.native speaker

My problem is that a couple of days ago while playing League of legends it began to fell ultra laggy, I only had open Microsoft Word 2013, a Java program VAS (Visual Automata Generator) and Firefox on a Wiki page; from that moment on I cannot play anything and the computer feels slower in general; if I open this thread is because I try A LOT of google answers like:

• 
  Defrag (Defragler)
  Clean (Ccleaner)
  Unnactivate any suspicius process or any that consumes a lot of RAM or Disk
  The famous PIO mode, appear that in my computer it doesnt exist (xD)
  Desactivating boot processes ("Procesos de Inicio" In spanish )
  I even open it and clean the dust (obviusly with specialized products and some tutorials)
  Reinstall Drivers
  run chckdsk /r
  open BIOS and check for errors
  run games on lower settings
  Even Restore System before it was like that

What I'm trying to avoid is format my computer :v; also I had a problem before and never knew why my disk sometimes is set on 100% use with very few M/s (ussually 10M/s) that could be
the problem (but it never gave me any problems untill now and I read that is a common bug on windows 10, I also try a lot of "Google solutions" for that)

Hi,

Few things you can do.
1. Run a virus/malware scan. Here's a link on how to run or remove virus/malware.

2. Update your Graphics card.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall AMD graphics card driver and do the same in programs and features uninstall anything related to AMD graphics.
- Download and install the latest graphics driver from AMD support site.

- Once the driver has been installed reboot your laptop for all the changes to take effect.
