hello there,

iam sid, i hv a Dell inspiron N5110 laptop.
When i go to the 'Performance Information and Tools' panel in the control panel, there is a message which reads 'Your Windows Experience index needs to be refreshed' . I click on the 'Refresh now' button . It starts checking 'Direct 3D Aero Assessment and Batch Assessment and stuff...' It rus fine, but then suddeny a message pops up and says 'The Windows Experience Index for your system could not be computed.'
Reason~'Could not measure video playback performance'
I re-ran the assessment several times but the same result comes back.

Please help if u know how to fix the reason.

Make sure your video drivers are up to date. If that still doesn't fix the issue, then either you have a bad video card or windows is being stupid. Sadly, there is no fix for stupid.

Anyway, I strongly feel its the driver went crazy. :pt1cable: Reinstall it and see how it works. :)
