Connect bluetooth headset to laptop via a stereo 3.5 jack

Hi all i have my company laptop for which usb is desbled for bluetooth so i am not able to use my bluetooth hwadsets for it.

Is there any way to conncet my usb head set to the stereeo output of laptop via a bluetooth transmeter.
