Connect Cox cable to tv

I have attempted to connect cable to my TV. I am not able to get a picture or TV station sound. I do however hear white noise.

You may need to get a "mini box" from Cox. It will connect to the coax cable connector where the outside feed line comes into the the room where the TV is located. Then, there is another connector from the "mini box" to the TV. Should work after that.
