Connect Headphones To Reciever

How do I connect insignia headphones to insignia reciever? Tried but can't get it to work. THANKS!

Plug them in? What did you try. You don't give much info.

I plug them in to my receiver and no sound. I have change connecting what everyway I could. Will you tell me step by step how to set them up. Thanks!

I got it working but it is not loud enough.

You get proper sound on the speakers connected to the receiver? If not then the receiver is bad. If speakers are OK then either your headphones or receiver has a problem. Do the headphones work on your phone? If so then the receiver is the problem. If not then the headphones.
Could be the headphone plug or the receiver headphone jack.
