Connect jvc thc6 htib to PC

I was given a JVC thc6 system. I am really only interested in using it for audio on my PC. Anyone know how to connect it?

S/PDIF Digital Optical Audio Cable connects to Rear Panel of JVC thc6 system. No clue as to what your PC is or its connectors.

I built the PC with an ASRock Fatal1ty mother board, there is no digital optical out on this board.
